Welcome to the Website of St. Albert's Priory

Our community is a house of formation for young men who have come to discern their vocation as consecrated religious following the unique charism of Saint Dominic de Guzman.  Founded in 1216, the Order of Preachers has served the Roman Catholic Church for 800 years, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in and out of season.  Our patron, St. Albert, was a thirteenth century scientist, philosopher, and theologian.  He is called "the Great" because he was proficient in every branch of learning cultivated in his day.
