  Very Affordable and easy from Oakland Airport, just take the Shuttle Air-Bart ($2:00) to the COLISEUM BART station ($1.45), and transfer at 12th Street in Oakland to get to the ROCKRIDGE Bart Station.  Then walk one block North on College Avenue to Birch Court.   We're at the end of the street.
